Gyratory Screen
Working Principle
Gyratory sieving machine utilizes a gyratory-reciprocating motion,
gyratory screener gives a combination of actions to the materials
as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal
circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to changes to
elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line
motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant
contact with the screen surface without deterioration.

Using Scope
The vibrating screens can be used to separate minerals into various
sizes for further processing in crusher. It incorporates a
vibrator, eccentric block, mesh, spring, triangular belt and motor
and is used for discharging bulky goods, sand, gravel, coal and
coke from hopper to crusher. We can design and supply all ranges of
vibrating screens according to the capacity and requirement.

disassembly and cleaning.
